At Sunstone Permanent Jewelry, we strive for perfection in every piece, but due to the custom nature of our welded jewelry, we offer a 14-day satisfaction guarantee on all non-customized accessories and hardware. Please note that personalized chain lengths and custom-welded items are final sale unless a manufacturing defect is present.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team within 14 days of your purchase or appointment with your order number and a brief description of the issue.

  Receive Authorization

  Once your request is reviewed, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and provide instructions for shipping or in-person evaluation.

• 3.
  Package and Ship

  Securely pack your item in its original packaging and use the provided prepaid shipping label to send the item back to our studio.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  After our jewelers inspect the item for wear or damage, we will process your refund or store credit to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
